Terms of service
Terms of Service (last updated 26 October 2026)
1. About us. Faith in Form (“we”, “us”) operates www.faithinform.co.uk. Contact: support@faithinform.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our products. Our pieces are handmade, 3D printed and finished by hand. Photographs are illustrative, and slight variations in colour, texture and finish are normal. Dimensions are approximate. Items may include natural elements that vary, such as flowers in our cloche pieces. They are decorative devotional items, not toys, so please keep small parts and glass away from young children. PLA can soften in high heat, so keep items away from direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight.
3. Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns. See our Shipping Policy and our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.
6. Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property. Our designs, photographs and website content are owned by or licensed to Faith in Form and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Our liability. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. If we breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of the breach, but not for losses that were not foreseeable.
9. Events outside our control. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, and we will contact you if this affects your order.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to it.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in your local courts or in the courts of England and Wales. If you live outside the UK, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
