Faith in Form began at home, in prayer. We are a small family-run business in Nottinghamshire, and we make devotional pieces to bring the beauty of the Catholic faith into everyday life.
Made by hand, with care
Each piece is designed with attention to the details that matter in sacred art – faces, hands, drapery and symbols – then 3D printed and finished by hand. Because every piece is handmade, small natural variations in colour and finish are part of its character.
What we make
Framed 3D reliefs, statues of Our Lady and the Holy Family, a glass cloche with Our Lady of Graces, a Baroque cross, rosary holders and a wall-mounted holy water font.

Our pieces are made to order. We dispatch within up to 4 working days of confirming your order and send it by courier.
