Refund policy
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds (last updated 26 October 2026)
Every piece from Faith in Form is handmade to order. For any return, cancellation or complaint, email support@faithinform.co.uk with your order number.
Changing your mind. If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us clearly stating that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the item back. We will reply with return instructions, including the return address.
Refunds. We will refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of receiving proof that you have posted it, if earlier), to your original payment method. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard option, the extra cost is not refundable. Please allow a few days for your bank to show the refund.
Return costs and care. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not as described. Please pack it securely and use a tracked service, as you are responsible for taking reasonable care of it until it reaches us. We may reduce your refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than was needed to inspect it.
Personalised items. The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to items made to your own specification or clearly personalised. We will tell you before you order if this applies.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a refund within 30 days, or to a repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or refund if these cannot be done. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Handmade variation. Slight natural variation in colour, texture and finish between photographs and your item is part of its character and is not a fault.
Complaints. Email support@faithinform.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly.
