Shipping policy

Making and dispatch. Every piece is handmade to order. We dispatch within up to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after your order is confirmed. At busy times, such as Advent and Christmas, please order early.

Delivery. We send orders by courier. Delivery options and charges depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Choosing a faster option such as Express shortens courier delivery time only, not our dispatch time. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of confirming your order.

Where we deliver. The United Kingdom and the other countries offered at checkout.

Customs and import charges. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. Unless shown at checkout, these are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are your responsibility.

Delivery address. Please check your address carefully. We cannot change it after dispatch, so contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.

Damage or non-delivery. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, email support@faithinform.co.uk as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. If it has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Your statutory rights are not affected.
